Acknowledgment and Notification:
1. After submission, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your abstract within three business days.
2. Notifications of acceptance or rejection will be sent via email within two weeks of submission.

Paper Structure:
Each full paper should include the following sections:
- Background, Motivation, and Objective: Clearly state the research purpose and objectives.
- Statement of Contribution/Methods: Describe the research methods and contributions.
- Results, Discussions, and Conclusions: Present the findings, discuss their implications, and conclude.
Format and Length:
- Papers must follow a double-column format using Times New Roman font, size 12, and must not exceed six pages in total.

All authors must register for the conference as an Oral and/or Poster Presenter to present their work.
Submissions must meet ethical and academic standards.
Ensure all deadlines are met to avoid disqualification.
