Abstract Submission

Abstract Structure

  1. Language: Abstracts must be written in English with proper grammar and clear, concise language for easy understanding.

  2. Word Limit: Abstracts should not exceed 500 words.

  3. Format: Submit your abstract in .doc or .pdf format.

  4. Content: Ensure the abstract is informative and provides a complete summary of your paper.

  5. Submission Method: Abstracts can be submitted via the "Paper Submission Link" or emailed directly to info@treattmd.com

  6. Acknowledgment and Notification:

    1. After submission, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your abstract within three business days.

    2. Notifications of acceptance or rejection will be sent via email within two weeks of submission.

Full Paper Submission Guidelines

  1. Paper Structure:

    Each full paper should include the following sections:

    • Background, Motivation, and Objective: Clearly state the research purpose and objectives.

    • Statement of Contribution/Methods: Describe the research methods and contributions.

    • Results, Discussions, and Conclusions: Present the findings, discuss their implications, and conclude.

  2. Format and Length:

    • Papers must follow a double-column format using Times New Roman font, size 12, and must not exceed six pages in total.

Important Notes

  • All authors must register for the conference as an Oral and/or Poster Presenter to present their work.

  • Submissions must meet ethical and academic standards.

  • Ensure all deadlines are met to avoid disqualification.
