These Terms & Conditions apply to the website treattmd.com, as well as any related products or services provided by TreatTMD™. The website is owned and operated by TreatTMD™, headquartered at 1202-4888 Brentwood Drive, Burnaby, BC, V5C 0C6, Canada.

2. Registration & Payments

3.1 Cancellation by Attendee

If you need to cancel your seminar or course registration, you must notify us in writing at least 30 days before the event's start date. Cancellations received 30 days before the event will be eligible for a partial refund minus an administrative fee. Cancellations after this time are non-refundable.

3.2 Cancellation by TreatTMD™

TreatTMD™ reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any seminar or course due to unforeseen circumstances. If an event is canceled, registered attendees will be entitled to a full refund. However, TreatTMD™ is not liable for any travel or accommodation expenses incurred.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the TreatTMD™ website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and materials provided during seminars and courses, is the intellectual property of TreatTMD™. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from TreatTMD™.

5. Privacy Policy

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TreatTMD™, its affiliates, or any of its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our services.

TreatTMD™ shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, pandemic, government regulations, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.

TreatTMD™ reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the website or services after such changes constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes arising from the use of our services or these Terms will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

12. ADA CERP

Earn 24 CE credits at our conference, provided in association with the Pacific Coast Society for Prosthodontics (PCSP), an ADA CERP recognized provider.

ADA CERP is a service of the American Dental Association designed to help dental professionals identify quality providers of continuing dental education. ADA CERP does not approve or endorse individual courses or instructors, nor does it imply acceptance of credit hours by dental boards.

The Continuing Dental Education (CDE) at PCSP designates this activity for the above listed hours of instruction. Concerns or complaints about a CE provider may be directed to the provider or to the ADA Commission for Continuing Education Provider Recognition at CCEPR.ada.org.

This educational activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the standards of the ADA Continuing Education Recognition Program (ADA CERP) through joint efforts between CDE via PCSP and the Association for Continuing Dental Education (ACDE).
