The poster should fit within the dimensions of a 4 feet by 6 feet display.
The poster board number should be on the upper-left-hand corner of the display.
It is suggested that you place multiple copies of a reproduction of the abstract in the upper left-hand side of the poster, written with the headings “Introduction/Background”, “Methods”, “Results”, and “Conclusions”. Include your contact information on these copies for attendees who desire further information.
It is recommended that you hand-carry your poster to the conference, using tubular packaging or a portfolio case. Costs associated with creating and shipping the poster display will be the responsibility of the authors. Velcro (easiest to use), pushpins, or thumbtacks will be provided to mount your poster.
Refer to your acceptance letter and/or the final conference program for the time and location of your poster session and set-up time.
The designated poster presenter (author or co-author) must be present at the assigned space during the designated time to discuss the work presented.
Presenter’s contact information: full name, email address, and/or phone number should be on the upper-right-hand of the board.
Presentations should be prepared in PowerPoint (PPT) or PDF format.
Technical Requirements: Presenters should upload their final presentation files at least 30 minutes before their session at the designated speaker check-in area.
Presentation Equipment: A computer, projector, remote pointer, and microphone will be provided.
Presenters should arrive at least 15 minutes before their session to check in and ensure their presentation is loaded and functional.
Presenters will be given 3 minutes before their actual presentation to prepare.
The designated presenter must be present during their assigned time and be prepared to engage with the audience.

Presenter’s contact information: Full name, email, and/or phone number should be on the last slide of your presentation.
Backup Plan: Bring a USB drive with your presentation as a backup. Emailing yourself a copy is also recommended.
10-Minute Presentation:

Results (4 min): Focus on key findings, using visuals to emphasize important data.
Discussion (2 min): Address the implications of your results and potential future directions.

Be prepared to answer questions concisely and with confidence.
Anticipate potential questions regarding methods, results, or broader implications.
Engagement:
Interactive Elements: Add a QR code to link to supplementary materials, your website, or your social media.
Font Size:
Poster Presentation Formatting Guidelines: Title: 72–100 pt. Heading: 36–48 pt. Body Text: 24–32 pt. Ensure text is legible from at least 3–4 feet away.
Oral Presentation Formatting Guidelines: Times New Roman, Title: 36-44 pt, Headings: 32 pt, Body Text: 24 pts
Colors:
Use a professional color scheme with high contrast for readability.
Avoid too many colors and limit to 2-3 complementary shades.
Visuals
High-Quality Images: Use clear, high-resolution images, charts, or graphs to support key points.
Consistency: Ensure all visuals are consistent in style (e.g., same font, color scheme, and format).
Labels: All visuals should be clearly labeled with captions and titles.
