Frequently Asked Questions

1. What if I need to cancel my participation?

Cancellation Policy:
Full Refund: Registrations cancelled by June 19, 2025, will be eligible for a full refund, less a $150 service charge. This fee covers administrative costs incurred with the registration process.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made between June 19, 2025, and Aug 19, 2025, will be eligible for a 50% refund. 
No Refunds After Deadline: No refunds will be issued for cancellations after August 19, 2025. This policy helps ensure that we can finalize all necessary arrangements and commitments for the conference.
Course Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel courses if necessary due to low enrolment, instructor cancellation, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, registrants will receive a full refund.

2. When can I ship my materials, and where should I send them?

Shipping hours: Monday-Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Saturday-Sunday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Make sure to include your company name and booth number to avoid confusion. Please confirm with our team if you need further instructions.

3. Does the conference fee include breakfast and lunch?

No, your registration fee does not include breakfast or lunch throughout the conference. However, breakfast, lunch, and refreshment is included in our Peak and Visionary sponsorship packages.

4. When will I receive my exhibitor/sponsor materials?

You will receive your exhibitor/sponsor materials approximately 2 weeks prior to the event. These will include your booth assignment, event schedule, and any other necessary details for a smooth experience.

5. What time can I set up and break down my booth?

Booth setup will be available starting at 9 AM on Sep 18th, 2025. The breakdown will begin after the final session on Sep 21st, 2025. Detailed instructions and access information will be provided to you closer to the event.

6. Are there any restrictions on booth setup or display?

All booth displays must fit within the provided space, and signage must be in compliance with Conference and Venue regulations. Please refer to the Exhibitor and Sponsorship Agreement for the full list of rules and restrictions.

7. Will there be Wi-Fi or power at my booth?

Yes, Wi-Fi/power will be provided at all booths. Specific access details will be sent before the event. If you require additional equipment or services, such as extra power outlets, please let us know in advance as there is an additional cost.

8. How can I register additional staff or representatives for the conference?

Additional staff can be registered through the exhibitor portal or by contacting the registration team. Please make sure to register by Aug 19th to ensure space and access to conference benefits.

9. Will there be networking opportunities for exhibitors and sponsors?

Yes! We have dedicated networking sessions and Dine & Connect events designed for exhibitors and sponsors to meet and connect with industry leaders, potential clients, and partners. Keep an eye on your email for updates on these events and future conferences.

10. Will I be the first to hear about future conferences?

Yes, as a sponsor or exhibitor, you will be among the first to receive updates about upcoming conferences, events, and special opportunities. We value your participation and will ensure you're notified early about future events to help you plan accordingly.
